Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
We provide electrical and mechanical maintenance service for all types of machines VMC, HMC, VTL, Turning centre. Etc. Two separate teams are arranged for Electrical and Mechanical work.
We provide mainly maintenance for fanuc & Mitsubishi System.
- Trouble shooting & rectification of Problem.
- We also under take systems, drives, encoders and all other electronic
Unit for repairing.
- We have fanuc and Mitsubishi spares in our stock. If there is a break down at customer place we keep the machine running by providing our spares as stand by.We repair the faulty part and refit it, to keep the machine running.
- We carry out panel wiring & PLC logic modification Work.
- We have facility to take Parameter back up and we store all parameter
backup at our end which can be used when ever needed.
- Machine major maintenance and refurbished work can be done at our Bhiwandi factory.
Mechanical Maintenance
- We carried out mechanical break down as well as preventive maintenance.
- All mechanical maintenance work such as cylinder seal replacement, hydraulic & neumatic maintenance, replacement of axis & spindle bearing,
total lubrication checking & its accessories replacements, clamp /declamp
washer replacement, spindle re-furbishing and re-boring work, replacement of LM guide ways etc.
- All maintenance work done to achieve machine accuracy problem.
- Most costly repairs to machine tools are as a result of lack of Lubrication and undetected minor problem that could be eliminated with routine preventative maintenance.
- Regular preventive maintenance can be performed during the non operational hours, so there is no loss of valuable production time.
